"No hoof, no horse" is a term we have all heard. Natural barefoot trimming mimics how a horse would wear its hooves in the wild. Horses who are shod and/or have incorrect hoof angles often develop many of the following hoof ailments:
founder, navicular, white line separation and uneven wearing of the hoof. By slowly correcting the angles of the hoof we allow a new and healthier hoof to grow in. giving the horse more overall comfort and balance.
